In Game: Mets vs Nationals

The game was completed after this inning. It finished early due to power. The Mets defeat the Nationals 10-4.

6th Inning:
Iriki pitched another hitless inning to start the 6th. And the Mets finished the inning by adding one more run to the board.

5th Inning:
Glavine has left the game. He went 4 innings giving up 4 runs on 6 hits. His in game ERA is 9.00. RHP Iriki has come on to pitch for the Mets. Iriki retires the side 1-2-3. In the bottom of the inning the Mets tac on 4 more hits and 5 more runs. The Mets now lead 9-4

4th Inning:
Surprisingly Glavine went into the 4th and pitched well. He got through without giving up a run. The Nats shut down the Mets offense for the first time all game.

Third Inning:
As the Mets lead 3-2 in the 3rd inning Tommy goes back out to the mound. The Nats tac on 3 more hits and 2 more runs. The Met offense once again retaliates as Xavier Nady hits his second HR of the spring to tie the game 4-4.

Second Inning:
Glavine goes out for his second inning of work and gives up 2 home runs. The Mets retaliate by scoring another 2 runs on 2 more hits.

First Inning:
After a successful first inning for Glavine, the Mets scored one on 2 hits in the bottom of the inning.

Warm Ups:
The Mets and the Nationals take the field at Tradition Field in Port St. Lucie, Florida to warm up.
