In Game: Mets vs Orioles

I have to step out now so...check in later for a complete recap of todays game.

Seventh Inning:
Chad Bradford come on to pitch for the Mets...and both teams finish the inning in a quiet fashion.

Sixth Inning:
Heath Bell has come on to pitch for the Mets...Bell gives up a run before finishing the inning...the Mets do not score in the bottom of the inning and the score remains 11-3

Fifth Inning:
After allowing 1 hit over 4 innings Brian Bannister has now left the game for LHP Matt Perisho. Perisho gets 2 outs, hits a batter, allows aa single, and follows that up with a walk. By the end of this inning the Orioles get on the board as they tattoo Perisho for 3 runs...The former Met Rickey Bottalico has come on to pitch for the Orioles and gives up a run...The Mets now lead 11-3

Fourth Inning:
Bannister is still pitching and has thrown just about 50 pitches. He retires the side 1-2-3. Pedro Feliciano is warming in the bullpen... David Wright hit a home run to lead off the bottom half of the 4th, and gets the Mets going. The Mets bat around, score some more runs and Cliff Floyd comes up and bombs a home run. The Mets now have 8 hits 10 runs...

First Three Innings:
Brian Bannister has pitched all 3 innings well. He has only allowed one hit in the second inning. Offensively, in the first inning, Matsui popped out...Woodward doubled..Wright struck out...Floyd doubled to score Woodward... and Nady struck out to end the inning other than this the Mets have not scored...
