Norfolk Tides Jason Scobie allowed three runs over seven innings for a quality start, but the Tides managed only one run Tuesday in a 4-1 loss to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The Tides plated the run in the third inning, when Lastings Milledge singled, moved to second on a hit, then scored on Chase Lambin’s single to center. Scobie (0-2) allowed six hits and struck out four over seven innings. He walked three. Notes: Milledge went 1-for-3 and is batting .403. … Steve Schmoll allowed an unearned run in the ninth inning after a throwing error by catcher Joe Hietpas. … The 5-15 Tides have the worst record in the International League.
